Member Meeting Minutes 2026

LEWIS AND CLARK ABATE MINUTES 

Aug 1st, 2026 

The meeting opened at 2:05pm with 43 members present, all recited the Pledge Of Allegiance and took a moment of silence for our departed brothers and sisters.

John- Gave a Rock n Rumble recap, besides the heat it had really went well.

We had 19 contestants for the Inaugural Tattoo contest, with a lot of positive feedback.

A big thank you to Barb who made up the paperwork for the contest.

There were no final numbers for the event as of yet.

There was discussion on who the recipient will be for the Sept Poker and  it was decided to be Pathways homeless shelter.

We also had to change the date for the Sept Poker Run as ours was conflicting with 2 others, had a motion by Lenny and second by Alex to have it Sept 12th. The motion carried.

After all the monthly business was concluded John  announced his resignation as President as he is relocating out of state effective after the monthly meeting,

After discussion it was agreed that VP Grant  will be the interim President til the next election and Membership Chairman Justin will be the interim VP.

Dez- Gave the Financial Report and requested that the Financial Officer have their own computer as she is using her personal one right now,

Motion by Chris 2nd by Jeremy for the computer, motion carried.

Justin- Gave the membership report with 132 members and 6 renewals.

Lenny- Gave the State report and said that a new Product Manager has been hired on the State level and that the MRF is looking for donations.

Congratulations to  Keith 1yr free membership. And to Curtis for winning the 50/50 Curtis donated it all back, thank you Curtis.

Next meeting Sept 5th, 2026 @ 2pm Mo-Jos
