Member Meeting Minutes 2025

LEWIS AND CLARK ABATE MINUTES

DECEMBER 6, 2025

The meeting opened at 2:10pm with 40 members present, all recited the Pledge Of Allegiance and took a moment of silence for our departed brothers and sisters. 

John started the meeting by asking for the third round of nominations there were none, there was a vote that all officers stay the same for the next year.

There was discussion for making a donation to the Yankton Police Dept, Lenny made the motion second by Brian the motion carried.

Dez gave the Financial Report.

Justin gave the membership report stating we have 142 members with 0 new 4 that renewed and 16 expired.

Grant gave the raffle ticket report with 33 books out 16 turned back in and we have 51 books left. Turn is Jan 2nd at Mojo’s between 5-9pm whether they are sold or not. 

Lenny gave the State report, talked about the State budget draft and stated there will be a meet and greet in January with the State officers.

There was a Christmas potluck after the meeting.

Hayshed bingo tentatively scheduled for April 11th more info to follow in the coming months.

Motion made by Brian second by Chris to adjourn the meeting at 2:40pm.
