Member Meeting Minutes 2026

LEWIS AND CLARK ABATE MINUTES 

Sept 5th, 2026 

The meeting opened at 2:05pm with 30 members present, all recited the Pledge Of Allegiance and took a moment of silence for our departed brothers and sisters.

Grant- Justin will be in charge of the Poker Run as Grant will be unavailable.

Justin also talked on the Poker Run giving the following stops Gayville, Viborg, Lesterville, Kozy’s, VFW and ending at Mo-Jo’s. Viborg will be the food stop.

We will also need help with registration, 50/50, poker hands etc.

Discussion on fundraising ideas, Curtis suggested a calendar raffle and raffle 1 firearm every month.

Jeremy made a motion to pursue second by Casey, we will have more information at the next meeting.

Dez- Gave the Financial Report.

Justin- Gave the membership report with 132 members with 3 new and 3 expired.

Otis-Stated that he is now a Amsoil dealer and had fliers for them that wanted them. 

Lenny- No report

Congratulations to  Brian 1yr free membership. And to Julie for winning the 50/50 Julie donated it all back, thank you Julie.
